AYC Poker Run!!  2006 Ford Yacht Club Regatta slip reservations are "First Come-First Served" by emailing: harbormaster@fordyachtclub.com with "Regatta" in the subject line. Rafting will be available, reservation request is ONLY for available docks. Wristbands $3.00 each 21 and over, $1.00 each ages 5 to 20 years, no exceptions. Friday, August 4th, bar opens inside and outside at 3:00pm, closes at 2:00am. Food under tent 3:00pm to 1:00am. Dinner served inside 5:00pm to 10:00pm. First Mates – Ship store /Kids activities 5:00 pm to 9:00pm. Entertainment by "Surprise Entertainment", 6:00pm to 9:00pm, "Bonkers" from 9:00pm to 1:00am. Saturday August 5th, breakfast inside 9:00am to Noon. Sail Race starts at 11:00am. No Lunch service inside on Saturday, but food will be available outside from Noon to 1:00am. Dinner service inside 5:30pm to 10:00pm. The bar opens at Noon, and closes at 2:00am. First Mates -- Ship's Store/Kids activities Noon to 9:00pm. Entertainment by "Andy Stec" 2:00pm to 6:00pm, "Wally and the Beavs" 9:00pm to 1:00am. AYC 2006 Class Trip

AYC 2006 class trip to Puerto Vallarta -- A meeting was held June 22 to discuss details and accept deposits.  Approximately 38 people signed to go at this meeting. The latest information, and the reservation form, are on the AYC Events page. Don't delay, Sign up today!

AYC Puerto Vallarta Trip (March 10-17, 2007)  $200 per person holds your spot, deposit due by September 15, 2006.  Final trip payments due December 8, 2006.  See trip flyer and registration form for details.

9/16 Cooley Canal Yacht Club Cooley Canal Yacht Club's 9th annual "Reverse Raffle" Saturday, September 16. Pavilion opens at 6PM. Drawing starts at 7PM. Admission by ticket ONLY!! Donation is $25, with only 300 tickets available. One guest ONLY per ticket.

11/9 Wyandotte Yacht Club Euchre Night. Thursday, 11/09/06 @ 7:00pm. At the end of last season, the group had grown to 4 or 5 tables and there was lots of fun happening on those Thursday nights @ WYC! All are welcome. Any questions: see Lady Bonnie Morton.
11/10 Wyandotte Yacht Club Karaoke Night. Friday, 11/10/06 Hosted by Ed Pember. And a Picture Contest planned by Lady Bonnie Morton. Bring Bonnie an unrecognizable pic of yourself and it will be part of the contest. Contestants guess who the cute face belongs to … the contestant with the most correct guesses wins! $5.00 Entry Fee and a $50 grand prize!
11/11 Swan Boat Club Chili Cookoff. Entrants for the chili contest are to bring their own in a crock pot (unmarked).  The steak roast will start @ 6pm (steaks only/no chicken) and will include the usual fixins.  Chili tasting will start around 7pm. There is not an entry fee. DJ @ 8pm.  There will be prizes awarded for the best chilis'.  The chili is not a dinner entree.   RSVPS for dinner are appreciated but not necessary.  Weather permitting we will also have a bonfire.  Bring your own lawn chairs. Theresa, the Happy Cooker, will prepare Pepper Steak, served over steamed rice with those great Chinese noodles, and, of course, Dessert.
