Article XVII, Section 1
Section 1 - Member Clubs - The membership of any club in the AYC shall be forfeited either by voluntary withdrawal, by disbandment, or by nonpayment of dues or assessments for one year, or by a three fourths (3/4) majority vote of all the clubs of the AYC in attendance at a regular meeting; but such club shall have the opportunity of being heard in its own defense.

Section 1 - Member Clubs - The membership of any club in the AYC shall be forfeited either by voluntary withdrawal, by disbandment, or by nonpayment of dues or assessments for one year, or by a three fourths (3/4) majority vote of all the clubs of the AYC in attendance at a regular meeting; but such club shall have the opportunity of being heard in its own defense. Additionally, Member Clubs may forfeit membership by failure to meet the conditions of membership defined in Section 1 or Section 2 of the AYC Bylaws.
Any current AYC Club that fails to meet the Conditions of Membership of the AYC Bylaws, Section 1, Parts A, B, C, or D, or Section 2, Parts A or B, shall be given a warning notice that its Club will be placed on Probation at the next regularly scheduled AYC meeting. If a delegate from said Club is not present at the meeting at which it is placed on Probation, the Executive Secretary shall notify the Club of its Probationary status by registered mail or other confirmed-receipt means.
Any Club placed on Probation shall have one year from the meeting at which it was placed on Probationary status to comply with the Conditions of Membership described in Section 1 of the AYC Bylaws.
If the Probationary Club fails to meet the Conditions of Membership one year after the date of the meeting at which it was placed on Probationary status, its membership in the AYC is forfeit.
